1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We ship all orders from our warehouse in Germany.
- Delivery times within Germany typically take 2–5 business days.
- For EU orders outside Germany, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.
- We ship all orders with Deutsche Post / DHL from our location in Germany. Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, public holidays).
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- All prices include German VAT where applicable.
- For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Risk of Loss and Ownership
- Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
- We recommend using shipping methods with tracking and insurance, especially for high-value items.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, note it with the delivery person. If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect items, you must contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at eterna.flowers444@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace or claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. International Orders and Customs
- For international customers outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available for your chosen shipping method). You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
